Arthur David Jones

Arthur “Bam” David Jones, 58, of Rowlesburg, WV, passed away on April 3, 2024 in Rowlesburg. He was born on April 29, 1965 in Rowlesburg, son of the late Rachel Jane (Jones) Stemple and step father Steve Stemple.

Arthur was kind and enjoyed helping others. He also saved many lives on the river.

Arthur was survived by his two aunts, Lettie Sypolt, of Rowlesburg, Melvina Auvil, of Arthurdale; cousin, Patricia Kishman and husband Kenneth, of Fairmont; and many other cousins.

Arthur was preceded in death by his mother, step father, and one brother, James Jones.

Cremation services are accorded by the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
