Betty Jo (Teter) Bolyard

Betty Jo (Teter) Bolyard, age 54, of Kingwood, passed away July 21, 2023 at home.  She was born in Kingwood, August 24, 1968, a daughter of Allen Lee Teter, and the late Mable M. (Stone) Teter, of Kingwood.

Betty had a passion for collecting frogs and toads, she collected many different ones over the years. She loved to hunt mushrooms in the spring, go fishing, and being a farmer.

In addition to her husband, George H. Bolyard and her father, Allen L. Teter, she is survived by: one daughter, Rebecca Dawn Stonebraker and fiance’ Tiffany Thomas, of Charleston, WV; one son, Ernest Earl Stonebraker and wife Theresa, of PA; two step children George and Tina Bolyard; 2 grandchildren, Alayneh Sapp, Lucas Sapp. And two grandchildren by marriage; Cerissa Farley and Kamaya Cogar; three step grandchildren; great granddaughter by marriage Nevari; and two loved fur babies.

In addition to her mother, and her best friend Mable, she was preceded in death by one brother Allen Lee Teter, Jr.

At her request cremation services are being handled by Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, WV.
