Carmela Presti Villar, 79, of Oakland, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her home. Carmela is survived by her sister, Maria Rosier, of Maryland, and her two sons, Lee Villar and Steven Villar. Arrangements are being coordinated privately by Terra Alta Funeral Home. Terra Alta Funeral Home is honored to serve the Villar family.
