Carol Sue (Hall) Forman

Carol Sue (Hall) Forman, 72, of Tunnelton passed away, Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was born August 30, 1950 in Albright, daughter of the late William Henry Hall Sr and Gladys Armatha Titchenell Hall.   

Carol was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading and had completed thousands of books, cooking, bird watching, being the voice of reason and everyone’s go to for everything. She loved her grandchildren and the time she spent with her family.

Carol is survived by one daughter, Mandy Chambers and Craig, Tunnelton; three grandchildren, Jessica Farley and Spencer, Joel Groves and Aria Chambers; two great grandchildren, Jace and Josiah; four siblings, Ronald Hall, Albright, Gloria Collins, Bruceton Mills, William Hall, Jr, Albright, and David Hall and wife Cindy, Point Marion, PA; close friend and caregiver, B.J. Wolfe “My BJ”; numerous nieces nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Dale Hall; four siblings, Billie Dennis, Geraldine Durr, Joseph Hall and Phillip Hall.

Friends may call at Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 3-7 pm, and Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 11 am until the funeral hour at 1:00PM with Rev Madeline Titchenell officiating.
