Christopher Adam Behneman

Christopher Adam Behneman, age 22, of Eglon, West Virginia, entered eternal rest on July 21, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Christopher was born on July 25, 1999 to Adam Carl Behneman and April Dawn Kelley. Raised in Aurora West Virginia, he grew to find his life’s calling as a husband, father, and underground coal miner. 

He entered into a loving marriage with Kelsey (Price) Behneman on June 25, 2020. Together they took great pride in raising their daughter Everlee May Behneman. Christopher was an underground coal miner at Leer Mining Complex in Grafton WV. In his free time, he found great joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. Christopher always wore a smile on his face and was a blessing to all that knew him. 

In addition to his wife, Kelsey and daughter, Everlee, Christopher is survived by his mother, April Kelley of Hopwood, PA; a brother, Aaron Behneman and fiancé Tevon of Terra Alta WV, sister-in-law, Taylor Price of Terra Alta WV, maternal grandparents, Cynthia and Charles Kelley of Aurora WV, Paternal Grandparents, Susan and Stephen (pop) Braun of Leesburg Florida, mother and father in law, Joseph and Christy Price of Terra Alta WV, best friend, Derek Chambers of Martinsburg WV, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, niece and friends. 

Christopher is preceded in death by his father Adam Carl Behneman, brother Quinton ray Kelly, cousin Devin Stanish, and paternal grandfather Carl Behneman. 

A memorial service will be held on Monday August 8, 2022 at Kingwood Funeral Home Chapel from 1 – 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Mark Teets officiating.
