Cindy Lou (Larue) Pifer

Cindy Lou (LaRue) Pifer, 68, of Tunnelton, WV, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, in Morgantown.

She was born on January 19, 1958, in Kingwood, WV, a daughter of the late Richard Allen LaRue and Wilma Jean (Doman) LaRue.

Cindy was a devoted homemaker who found her greatest joy in caring for her family. She enjoyed talking with others, reading the newspaper, and watching The Price Is Right. She also dearly loved her dog, Miss Piggy Sue.

Cindy is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, George Lynn Pifer; three sons, Robert Michael LaRue, William Allen LaRue, and Wesley James Pifer; three brothers, Rick LaRue, Bob LaRue, and Jerry LaRue; and her beloved dog, Miss Piggy Sue.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Lynn Pifer, and one sister, Lisa Diane LaRue.
