Dallas "Biff" Wolfe, Jr.

Dallas Wolfe Jr. “Biff”, 92 of Rowlesburg, WV. went to his heavenly home on October 09, 2022. Born in Grafton, WV; he was the son of the late Marion Virginia and Dallas Dayton Wolfe and was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Harlene Wolfe of 67 years.

Dallas worked as a Millwright and served as General Forman for Yoder Construction for many years.  He was a member of the Carpenter’s Local Union 1024. Dallas served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was Past Master of the Blue Lodge, No 165, A.F. & A.M., Rowlesburg, WV and was a member of this lodge for 71 years. He was a member of the Osiris Shriners, Wheeling, WV and DeMolay Commandery, No 11, Knights Templar and Copestone Chapter, No 12, Royal Arch Masons, Grafton, WV .  

Dallas is survived by his sister, Kathleen Orescanin of Rowlesburg, WV; his daughter, Terri Lynn Bulford (Jerry) of Bluefield, WV; his sons, Dallas D. Wolfe III (Denise)of Kingwood, WV; Paul E. Wolfe (Andrea) of Rowlesburg, WV; his grandchildren, Martha Jean (Aaron) Webb of Bristow, Va; Dallas J. (Jana) Wolfe IV of Kingwood, WV; Sara Lynn (Larry Jr.) Harper of Princeton, WV; Evan Michael Wolfe of Silver Springs, Md; Paula Michelle Jacobs of Thornton, WV; step grandchildren Mitchell Ross Hartley of Pittsburg, Pa; Christopher Ray Hartley (Summer) of Westover, WV; great grandchildren, Jerry F. Bulford III Joana Patricia Bulford; George Alexander Webb; Katie Lynn and Liam Douglas Harper; Isabella Sophia Michelle and Finnley James Mychal Jacobs; Dallas Robert Wolfe V; and great-great grandchildren, Weston Kade and Adalynn Mae Bulford.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his youngest son, James Delbert Wolfe; brother, William Paul Wolfe; and sister, Doris Jean Wolfe Rooks and his first born grandson, Jerry Franklin Bulford.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Szilagyi Center in Rowlesburg, WV. Interment of Dallas Wolfe, Jr. and his wife Jean Harlene (Cochran) Wolfe will follow at Bluemont Cemetery in Grafton, WV. Masonic graveside rites will be accorded for Dallas Wolfe, Jr. by the Rowlesburg Lodge #165 A.F. & A.M.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in Dallas’s memory and should be made payable to the Osiris Shriners, P.O. Box 2048, Wheeling, WV 26003.
