Debra "Camille" Jean (Fretto) Titchenell

Debra "Camille" Jean Titchenell, 70, of Kingwood, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Mon Health Medical Center. She was born on July 22, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late John James and Aida Rosemarie (Scalise) Fretto.

After graduating from high school, Debra earned a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. She devoted more than 30 years to the Kingwood Library, where she shared her love of reading with countless members of the community as a library clerk. Debra found joy in playing computer games, reconnecting with the many friends she made through the library, and most of all, cherishing time spent with her family.  

Debra is survived by her husband of forty one years, Roy Eugene Titchenell; four sons, Roy Titchenell (Lindy), of Kingwood, Rick Titchenell (Melissa), of VA, Clinton Titchenell, of Kingwood, Ron Knotts, of Kingwood; three daughters, Crystal Mayne (Bub), of Kingwood, Angie Rocha (Alex), of Masontown, Jessie Titchenell, of Kingwood; many grandchildren; one great grandchild; and close family friends, John and Irene Zinn, of Kingwood.
