Delano Ona Fultz, 89, of Terra Alta, WV, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, October 23, 2025. He was born on August 7, 1936, in Franklin, WV, son of the late Ona Kenny Fultz and Nellie May (Wolfe) Fultz.
