Doris Faye (Wilson) Sulick

Doris Faye (Wilson) Sulick, 101, of Tunnelton, WV, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Kingwood Healthcare Center. She was born on June 17, 1924, in Morgantown, WV, daughter of the late Ralph E. Wilson and Flora A. (Vannoy) Wilson.

Doris was a caring homemaker, an excellent seamstress, and she never knew a stranger. Doris was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

Doris is survived by her son, John Sulick, of Tunnelton; her daughter preceded her in death, Donna Maria (Sulick) Funk; grandchildren, Jon Sulick, Nicole Sulick-Wolfe and Anthony, Sally Ann Sulick, James “Jim” Funk and Kimberly, Tim Funk and Deborah, Scott Funk; great grandchildren, Alexandria Newsome, Arron Wolfe, Heatherlee Sulick, Avery Sulick, Jon Jameson Sulick, Stacey Moore and Tommy, Kristi Tennant, James Thomas Funk and Sabrea, Michael Funk and Amber, Timothy Funk Jr., Rebakah Funk; great great grandchildren, Axton Dupont, Waylon Dupont, Thomas Moore, Emily Moore, Payton Tennant, Seth Tennant, Wyett Funk.

Doris was also preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Sulick; her granddaughter, Alana Faye Sulick; her brother, Eugene; her sisters, Lalia, Bonnie, and Ruth.

Cremation services will be accorded by Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, 295 S. Price St., Kingwood, WV. Private inurnment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Kingwood.
