Dorothy May Auvil

Dorothy May Auvil, age 61, of Arthurdale, WV, entered into eternal rest, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born December 28, 1961, in Kingwood, WV. A daughter of Melvina Dorothy (Jones) Auvil of Arthurdale and the late Everett Harrison Auvil. Dorothy loved to talk, eat her gum candy and watch westerns. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother Everett Auvil; several aunts and cousins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. Graveside service will be held at Sinclair Cemetery in Rowlesburg on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, at 2:00 PM., with A Craig Rotruck officiating.
