Everett “Ralph” Wilson, Sr., age 88, of Albright, WV, was reunited on Saturday, March 22, 2025, with his beloved wife Frances Jane (Schaefer) Wilson, who preceded him in death on May 6, 2019, after 63 years of marriage. Ralph was born May 12, 1936 in Albright, WV, a son of the late Russell Junior Wilson and Kathleen Christine (Sinclair) Wilson.

Ralph retired having most recently worked as a foreman for Patriot Coal, and also owned a private trucking company as an owner/operator. He was a member of the Preston Lodge #90 AF&AM and had attended the Albright Baptist Church. He was an animal lover, enjoyed playing golf and restoring old vehicles particularly pick up trucks. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a devoted husband and father.

Surviving are: three children, Ralph Wilson, Jr. and wife Barbara Leonard, of Morgantown, Dusty Wilson and wife Kathryn, of Lenox, and Mary Ann Wilson Sanders, of Albright; grandchildren, Dillon, Paige, Douglas, Jesse, Harley, Casey, Amie, Kelsey, and Olivia; great grandchildren, Eli, Arabella, Camden, Beau, Greta, and Luca; one sister, Shirley Shaffer, of Masontown; a brother in law, Gerald “Butch” Schaefer, of Florida; a sister in law, Gerry Speelman, of Mansfield, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by: one son George Thomas Wilson; one brother, Marvin Wilson, and one brother in law John Shaffer.

In accordance with his wishes cremation services will be provided by Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, WV 26537. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
