Gail Lynn Bevan

Gail Lynn (Wieland) Bevan, 78, of Oakland, MD, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital, in Morgantown, WV. She was born February 25, 1945, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of the late George F. Wieland and Edith (Edwards) Wieland.

Gail was a retired nurses’ aide from Cuppett and Weeks Nursing Home, with over 35 years of service.

Gail is survived by; a daughter, Kimberly Jean Madigan, of Oakland, MD; a son, James “Jim” Bevan and wife Suzanne, of Tunnelton, WV; and four grandchildren, Connor Madigan, Oakland, MD, Greyson Bevan, of Fairmont, WV, Zachary Bevan, of Pittsburg, PA, and Arianna Bevan, of Tunnelton, WV.

In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by a brother, James “Jimmy” Wieland.

Per her request, cremation services will be handled by Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, 295 South Price Street, Kingwood, WV.
