Jane Ellen Moats

Jane Ellen Moats, 46, of Masontown, WV, died on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Preston Memorial Hospital.

Jane was born January 16, 1975, in Kingwood, a daughter of Cindy Ellen (Pifer) Moats of Parsons and the late Earl Tidus Moats.

She was a graduate of Tucker County High School, a homemaker that loved being around her family, and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 23 years, Clarence Andrew Moats; one daughter and spouse, Whitney Jane and Dustin Tichinel of Bretz; one brother and spouse, Allen and Cindy Sue Moats of Parsons; two sisters, Connie Moats of Kerns, Loretta Watson of Parsons; three grandchildren, Navaida Tichinel, Adalynn Watson, Alondra Watson; her father-in-law, Clarence Gilbert Moats of Kingwood; her mother-in-law, Linda Moats of Bretz; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Moats.

Friends and family will be received at Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel; 295 South Price Street, on Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Evangelist Ronnie Wiles Jr. officiating.

Following the service, cremation will be provided by Rotruck-Lobb Crematory.
