Jeffery "Jeff" Scott Sypolt

Jeffery Scott Sypolt, age 41, departed this life, suddenly, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at his home in Keyser, WV. He was born May 13, 1983, in Kingwood, WV. He was a 2001 Graduate of Preston High School. He worked for Walmart for 18 years before moving to TREX where he worked until his passing. He was a firm believer in his 2nd Amendment Rights and an avid gun collector. He loved to hunt and ride his 4-wheeler. He loved his furry companion, Huey.

Jeff was survived by his girlfriend, his mother and step-father Terri and Scott Maxwell, his brother Anthony “Justin” Sypolt and wife Sarah, nephews and nieces Tony, Deseree, Sean, Emmalynn, and Deacon, his grandmothers Lois Shaffer, and Lettie Sypolt, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Carl Sypolt, one niece, Ambreliyah Jesse Sypolt, grandfathers Jack Shaffer Sr., Carl Sypolt, and Donald “Pap” Maxwell, grandmothers Dorothy Maxwell and Edith Sypolt, and many aunts and uncles. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life at the Rowlesburg Ambulance Building on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 starting at 3:00 PM. Please bring a covered dish as this will be a “family picnic”. We will use this time to grieve and reminisce with everyone and celebrate our loving son, brother, and uncle. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the care fund to help offset the cost of cremation.
