John Joseph Paddy

John Joseph Paddy, 99, of Tunnelton, WV, died on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at his residence.

Joseph was born April 25, 1922, in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late John Joseph and Mary Grace (King) Paddy.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had worked as an Insurance Agent. He enjoyed playing slots, bingo, reading, bowling, dancing and mowing grass. John was a volunteer with Veteran Organizations. He is survived by three daughters and spouses, Jacqueline Davis of Hollywood, FL, Margaret and Stephen Hager of Pasadena, MD, Leah and John Geisler also of Pasadena, MD; his two special friends with whom he lived with for 52 years, Orval Buckingham and Harold “Pete” Danser of Tunnelton; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Paddy; 11 siblings; two grandsons.
