John "Frank" Franklin Bulford Jr.

John "Frank" Franklin Bulford Jr., 98, of Rowlesburg, WV, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in Kingwood. He was born on March 27, 1928, in Rowlesburg, son of the late John Franklin Bulford Sr. and Blanche Elizabeth (Owens) Bulford.

Frank had worked in maintenance at Camp Dawson. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, especially tomatoes. Frank was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and he will be missed dearly.

Frank is survived by his son, Jerry Bulford and wife Terri, of Bluefield; four daughters, Susan Selders and husband Earl, of Aurora, Peggy Carrico and husband Wesley, of Terra Alta, Nancy Dean and her husband James, of Core, Bonnie Bulford, of Grafton; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; one brother, George Bulford and wife Ruby, of PA; and son in law, Tim Burns.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Martha Belle (Harris) Bulford; and his daughter, Rose Burns.
