Kelly Jean (Williams) Sapp

Kelly Jean Sapp, 59, of Kingwood died April 16, 2023, in Morgantown.  

She was born August 31, 1963, in Troy, NY, daughter of the late Charles Earl and Linda Sweet Williams.

She was a loving mother and grandmother.

After graduating from Morgantown Beauty College, she worked as a cosmetologist at Boricks Hair Salon, in Morgantown Mall.

She is survived by her sons, Morgan Williams, Ryan Sapp, and Joshua Simms and wife Nina, all of Kingwood, and nine grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jason Simms, and husband, Jerry Sapp.

Family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
