Kenneth Ray Brown, Jr.

Kenneth Ray Brown, Jr., 62, of Rowlesburg, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, December 14, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Kenneth was born on July 17, 1963, the son of the late Kenneth Ray Brown, Sr., and Omalee (York) Tabler.

Kenneth truly loved life and, above all, his family. He was known for his talkative nature and his ability to make people laugh. When surrounded by family, you could never get him to leave—he cherished every moment spent with those he loved.

He is survived by his four children: Kenneth Ray Brown III (Rebecca), Michael Ray Brown (Melissa), Francesca Brown (Jack), and Hope Brown; six grandchildren: Michael, Jackson, Aurora, Christopher, Matthew and Mike; and six siblings: Toni, Sandra, Theresa, Tina, Donna, and Greg.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his grandson, Brandon.
