Kimberly “Kim” Dawn Fulk, 62, of Kingwood, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Mon General Hospital. She was born on February 28, 1962, the third daughter of the late Tom and Kay Fulk of Bruceton Mills.
Kim was the sweetest, most kind and giving person. She was always willing to help others when she had very little herself. Kim loved being “Mom” to her two children, but being “Grandma” was her most treasured title. She loved being driven around town and to her appointments by her grandson, Ethan. No one could make her laugh like he could. When she wasn’t spending time with her family, she loved watching “Gunsmoke” and playing fetch with her cat, Lola. She loved taking a trip to the Dollar Tree, where she would take her time and go down each aisle only to come out with bags of stuff for everyone else.
Kim is survived by her son, Chad Groves (Tara), of Pueblo, CO; a daughter, Bethany Zinn (Doug); four grandsons, Ethan Zinn, Joel Groves, Zane Groves, Nico Groves; three sisters, Penelope Sue Golden (Marvin), of Upshur County, Lisa Golden (Steve), of Valley Point, Nancy Larue, of Terra Alta.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Deb Fulk and Julie Marucci.
Cremation services will be accorded by Kingwood Funeral Home and Cremation, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, WV 26537. Online condolences and sympathy gifts can be made to the Fulk family at www.kingwoodfuneralhomewv.com.
