Lottie "Peggy" Marie (Conner) Zweyer

Lottie “Peggy” Marie (Conner) Zweyer, 76, of Masontown, WV, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Preston Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 26, 1947 in Albright, daughter of the late Freda Marie (Plum) Conner and Willie Wayne Conner.

Peggy was a member of the Masontown Senior Center and the First Baptist Church in Masontown. She enjoyed puzzles and quilting. She lived to play bingo with her friends at the Senior Center.

Peggy is survived by four sons, Levi Zweyer Jr. (Kimberly), George Zweyer, Homer Zweyer (Bridget), all of Masontown, William Zweyer (Melissa), of Reedsville; one daughter, Nancy Zweyer, of Masontown; seven grandchildren, Abigail, Jayden, Joshua (Heather), Gracelynn, Angel (Terry), Makayla, Brittany (Dale); four great grandchildren, Emma, Maddie, Wyatt, and Elija; one brother, Donald Conner (Jenny), of Masontown; and one sister, Helen Howell, of Uniontown, PA.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Zweyer Sr.; and two sisters, Pat Baker and Mary Johnson.

Friends and family will be received at the Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, WV 26547, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 12 noon until the 2pm funeral hour with Pastor Gregg Moran officiating. Interment will follow at the Flag Chapel Cemetery, Rowlesburg.
