Lucille Elizabeth (Bucklew) Everly, 105, of Kingwood, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Lucille was born on July 3, 1921, in Kingwood, WV, a daughter to the late Charles Bucklew and Bessie Pearl (Dixon) Bucklew.
Lucille was a beautiful piano player, she liked to sew, and she was a proud homemaker. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
Lucille is survived by two children, Spencer Everly, Jr., of Melborne, FL, and Bonnie Englehart and her husband Renick, of Bruceton Mills, WV; one daughter-in-law, Debra Everly, of Kingwood, WV; twelve grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer King Everly, Sr.; two children, Wendell Wayne Everly, and Suellen Marie Trout; one son-in-law, Earl Trout; one daughter-in-law, Becky Everly; and her eight siblings, Lawrence Bucklew, Grace Reckart, Tony Bucklew, Thelma Bucklew, Don Bucklew, Tom Bucklew, Fred Bucklew, and Mary Miller.
Friends and family may gather for a graveside service at Maplewood Cemetery, in Kingwood, WV, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 1:00pm. The service will be officiated by Pastor Tim Warnick.
