Patricia Ann (Syruws) Kisner

Patricia Ann (Syruws) Kisner, 81, of Kingwood, WV, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at her daughter’s residence in New Geneva, PA. She was born on August 24, 1942 in Terra Alta, WV, daughter of the late Stanley Harold and Evelyn (Lewis) Syruws.

Patricia was a 1960 graduate of Terra Alta High School. She was a pharmacy tech at Rite Aid in Kingwood. Her number one enjoyment was watching “Dancing With The Stars” on television. When her show was on, everyone else in the house had to record their shows. Also, she loved crossword puzzles and reading the Bible.

Patricia is survived by her two daughters and spouses, Kimberly Dawn Kisner (Tanya), of New Geneva, PA, Debra Wolfe (Todd), of Kingwood, WV; three grandchildren, Kristi Dawn Tennant, of Kingwood, WV, Heather Boye (John), of Kingwood, WV, Bryant Losh Jr., (Alicia), of Bructeon Mills, WV; seven great grandchildren, Peyton Tennant, Mallorie Losh, Seth Tennant, Madison Losh, Grace Losh, Taylor Losh, Juliona Boye; two brothers, Tim Syruws, Sam Syruws, both of Terra Alta, WV; one sister, Jane Dewitt (Bob), of Martinsburg, WV; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert Dean Kisner; her daughter, Cindy Ann Funk; one sister, Carol Dewitt (Larry); one brother, Dave Syruws; and her best friend, Joe Myers.

Friends and family may be received at the Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price Street, Kingwood, WV 26537, on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 4pm to 8pm and on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 10am to 11am. The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 11am with Pastor Charles Bowser officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakland Cemetery, Oakland, Maryland.
