Robert "Bob" Howard Hare

Robert Howard Hare, 78, of Rowlesburg, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023, at his residence. He was born June 2nd, 1945 in Rowlesburg.

Bob retired from Greer Industries after 39 years of service as Buckeye Construction Foreman. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family. he was a 50 year member of the Rowlesburg Masonic Lodge Post # 165 A.F.& A.M.He is Survived by: his loving wife of 58 years, Roxanne (Weaver) Hare; sons, Robert Todd Hare and spouse Jennifer, Craig Hare and spouse Russella ; daughter: Megan Rouzee and spouse Zach; grandchildren: Chelsea Smith and spouse Robert, Olivia Titchnell and spouse J.R.; "RT" Hare, Carson and Kenzley Rouzee, Meagan and Jacob Loughry; great-grandchildren: Theo Smith and Colbie Ann Titchnell. he was preceded in death by his parents: Warren "Bud" and Jacqulin "Jackie" (Miller) Hare; brothers Warren Hare and wife Shirley, infant brother Johnny Hare.

Friends may call at Kingwood Funeral Home on Tuesday October 3rd 2 - 4:00 and 6 - 8:00 PM and Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 from 10 until the time of the Funeral Service, 11:00 AM with Pastor Kevin Keplinger officiating. Masonic Graveside Services will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Lantz Ridge.
