Robert "Bobby" Lee Knotts

Robert “Bobby” Lee Knotts, Jr., age 50, of Tunnelton, WV, passed away November 25, 2023, in Morgantown, WV. He was born in Wheeling, WV, January 23, 1973, a son of the late Robert Lee Knotts and Loretta Maxine Bennett. His wife, Rachel (Bishop) Knotts, survives, they were united in marriage January 6, 1992.

Bobby was a petroleum technician and diesel mechanic, he also worked as a sawmill stacker/edger. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his friends and family.

In addition to his wife he is survived by: two sons, Shawn Michael Knotts and companion Breanna Cox, and Robert Lee Knotts III; two daughters, Alisha Diane Knotts and companion Justin Powell, and Christina Maxine Knotts and companion Kyle Ford; one sister, Helen Marie Plum and husband Harold, sisters-in-law, Renda Osbourne, Andrea Leashman and husband Eddie, Heidi Daelhousen and husband Warren, and Stephanie Peaslee; eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters.

Friends may call at Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Pike Street, Kingwood, on Friday, December 8th, 2023, from 11am until the funeral hour. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home, at 2 pm with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
