Sheila Ann (Sines) Turner

Sheila Ann (Sines) Turner, 68, of Kingwood, WV, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026 at Mon Preston Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 19, 1958 in Morgantown, daughter of the late Junior Frederick Sines and Ruth Ann (Messenger) Sheets.

Sheila loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She spent countless hours tending to her flower gardens and creating fairy gardens.

Sheila is survived by her two sons, Craig McCloud (Savannah), of Kingwood, Matthew Turner; one daughter, Kim McCloud (Mark), of Tunnelton; grandchildren, Keith, Kayla, Tyla, Talea, Gage, Skyla; great grandchildren, Hunter, Novalee; brother, Bobby Sheets; four sisters, Sue Bolyard, Wanda Gore, Mary Prater, and Kathy Blackmon.
