Terry Dean Johnson

Terry Dean Johnson, 81, of Reedsville, WV, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, January 12, 2025. He was born in Tunnelton on October 4, 1943, son of the late Jesse Andrew and Ruby Helen (Casteel) Johnson.

Terry was a roof bolter at Big Joe’s and Big John’s. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, and working on cars. Terry loved exploring the outdoors, especially spending time at Smoke Hole. He was a family man and a proud grandfather.

Terry is survived by a son, Robert Johnson (Carlia Forman), of Tunnelton; one daughter, Kerri Johnson (Jeanette), of Reedsville; five grandchildren, Shyanna Johnson (Frank Audia III), of Kingwood, Jessica Braden, of PA, Shauna Braden (John Mancuso), Colt Johnson, Drake Johnson, all of Reedsville; eight great grandchildren, Nevaeh Audia, Frank Audia, Novalea Summers, Bryce Summers, Conner Lucas, Cordella Braden, Eveline Mancuso, Edric Mancuso; step granddaughter, Cassey Sines; two sisters, Marilyn (Charlie) Coffman, and June Rhodes.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Lou (Cogar) Johnson; five brothers, Tom Johnson, Bob Johnson, Perry Johnson, and Donnie Johnson and Kenneth Max Johnson.
