Terry Lyn Donk

Terry Lyn Donk, 72, of Terra Alta, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022, at UPMC, Pittsburg, PA.

Terry was born in Batesville, Indiana, on April 1, 1950, to the late Joseph Alton and Hazel Ruble Donk.

Terry joined the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam Era. He worked as a Road Master for CSX Transportation and enjoyed hunting, fishing and Golf, he also was a member of the Rowlesburg Lodge # 165 A.F. & A.M.

Terry is survived by his son, Andrew Donk of Kingwood, step-son, Chad Tyler Howdershelt of Fairmont, his sister, Billie Sue Walker of Burlington, NC, and several nieces and nephews.

Terry was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Sherri Riggs Donk; three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may be received at Kingwood Funeral Home Chapel, in Kingwood on Tuesday, June 28, from 5 pm to 7 pm. The funeral hour with Pastor Brian Detrick officiating. Interment will be on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, 1PM at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, where graveside Military rites and Masonic Rites will be conducted.
