Virginia Payne Obituary
Virginia Lee Clark Payne, 86, of Kingwood died Sunday, November 22, 2020, at home with loving family by her side.
She was born on November 11, 1934 in Lewis County, KY, a daughter of the late, Walter and Lille Faye Hunt Clark.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Virginia was a homemaker and a Jehovah Witness.
She is survived by her two sons, Roy E. Titchenell, Sr. and Carl Marshall both of Kingwood; her daughters, Lillie Faye of Mansfield, OH, Rosetta Titchenell of West Newton, PA and Sheila Marshall of Portsmouth, OH.; twenty-six grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gaylord Payne, sons, Henry Lee and Walter Clinton Titchenell and also by her sisters, Helen, Hazel, Margie and her brother, Walter (Bud) Clark.
Virginia will be cremated and a memorial service will be held virtually on Saturday December 5, 2020 at 12 noon with Harry Pugliano officiating.
