Wayne Michael Forman, 80, of Reedsville, WV, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 30, 1945, son of the late Norman Willis Forman and Guiula Aladine (Ruckle) Forman.
Wayne was a graduate of Bruceton High School. He had worked in the glass factory in Morgantown and as a supervisor at the Interstate I-68 State Road Garage. Wayne enjoyed playing cards and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife of nineteen years, Connie Darlene (Bishoff) Forman; a daughter, Mandy (Craig) Chambers; grandson, Joel Groves; granddaughter, Aria Chambers; three step children, Melenie (Gary) Kilgore, Kelley (Jack) Benson, David (Leira) Everly; six step grandchildren; one sister, Betty (Jim) Fellows; two brothers, Arlie Forman, and Randy (Dorthy) Forman.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Fennell and brother, Robert Forman.
Cremation services were accorded by Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price St., Kingwood, WV. A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Sugar Valley Cemetery, with Pastor Jay Kelly and Pastor Anthony Favro officiating.
