Wesley Parker Obituary

Wesley Joseph Parker, 40, of Kingwood, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Wesley was a devoted member of H.O.P.E Church Ministries in Morgantown, WV, and a man of deep faith who loved God with all his heart. He was persistent in his intercessory prayer and fasting, always putting his faith and family first. Wesley treasured every moment spent with his loved ones, and his love of archery and passion for bow shooting brought him peace and focus. He was known by everyone who met him as someone who never knew a stranger. His warm smile, infectious laugh, and open heart made people feel welcome wherever he went. Wesley loved gunsmithing, his coffee, and, most of all, helping others. His kindness and generosity were part of who he was—he was always ready and willing to help anyone in need without hesitation, never going a day without doing at least one thing for someone else. Wesley’s life was a reflection of compassion, faith, and love for others. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the many lives he touched through his kindness and selfless spirit.

Wesley is survived by his loving wife Tammy of 21 years, his children Wesley (19) and Trinnidy (18) all of Kingwood; Mother and Father Lori and Rodney Lovejoy; Father Donald (Debra) Parker; Father and Mother-In-Law Jimmy and Bonnie McCormick; sisters Lorin, Jacey, Sarah, and Shannon; stepsisters Jennifer, Jessica, Joeilynn, Justina and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandparents Joseph and Nancy Worley and Ronald and Lucille Lovejoy; Uncle Jay Worley, Jessica Parker, and his best friend, who he considered his brother, Cloyd (Bubba) Martin.
